I had a vision of tying the flowers into the colors of my bridesmaids’ dresses—but at the time, I hadn’t even finalized those colors yet. Katie took the time to truly understand my style and proposed a flexible path forward that gave me peace of mind. Closer to the wedding, I came in for a second meeting to see color samples—and she absolutely nailed it with her recommendations. The attention to detail was next-level: I even received photos of my bouquet while it was being built to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. On the day of, her team handled everything—from the chuppah setup to the full room flip between ceremony and reception—with total ease and without needing a single nudge from my bridal party. The flowers were breathtaking, and the execution was flawless. We hired Crest Florist to supply flowers for a Celebration of Life event after seeing their gorgeous display of flowers at a wedding venue where I was working. We met with Cathy, who was so easy to work with and wonderful in helping us decide on the arrangements and placing our order. The flowers provided for our event were absolutely breathtaking! I honestly have never seen such beautiful arrangements. They were just stunning and very fairly priced. We thank the team at Crest Florist for their outstanding work and for helping to make our event so beautiful! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Crest Florist to anyone who is looking for a wonderful Florist to shop at or to gift/send someone flowers. The customer service is outstanding! I received a beautiful arrangement from my children for this past Mother’s Day. Unfortunately , when I noticed late in the day that there was a delivery from Crest Florist at my front door…………….. I found the arrangement in its vase lying on its side, glass vase cracked, and the flowers were wilted since it had been sitting in the sun all day. (I was home all day so I was befuddled as to why the delivery person didn’t ring/knock to let me know I had a delivery) When I got in touch with Karen she immediately apologized, and arranged for a new gorgeous flower arrangement to be delivered. I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Crest Florist. Karen was kind and very gracious. Thank you for all of your help Karen! I just love my flowers.

Cathy and her team did a phenomenal job with flower arrangements and decor for our wedding! She is so easy to work with, very personable, and has amazing personality. She is truly a gem. Would highly recommend to anyone !
